Under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Vision 2030 was launched. Unveiled in 2016 and based on a roadmap drawn up by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince; Vision 2030 represents a new era for the Kingdom’s journey of success, it has built the foundations for continuing economic and social growth through a transformative and deeply ambitious plan that unlocks the Kingdom’s vast potential.
At Ecom; we are focused on being a part in supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals through our contribution in the Vision Realization Programs (VRPs) that were designed to translate the Vision into action, this includes:
- Health sector transformation program; we are contributing to this program through promoting the prevention of health risks, providing regular access to one-off health screening and occupational health checks at our sites and facilities and educating employees to understand their health risks and the value of preventive care
- Housing program; through our participation in different housing projects around the kingdom which aims to provide Saudi families with the opportunities to own suitable housing
- Human Capability Development Program; by fostering the values of moderation, tolerance, mastery and discipline throughout the company and all our business partners. Also; we support the graduates of the vocational training institutes by creating them opportunities of jobs and training to Improve their readiness to enter the labor market and promote the development of positive attitude, resilience and hard-work culture.
- The Quality-of-Life Program; the program aims to expand the horizons of many sectors that directly impact people, including sports, culture and entertainment. We are continuously working to Improve the living conditions of our people including local and expatriates; we are promoting and funding many sports activities among our employees in the company, we encourage the participation in the diversified entertainment opportunities that are taking place in the kingdom, we also support all activities that preserve and introduce the Kingdom’s Islamic, Arab and national heritage to the people.- The Public
Investment Fund Program; we support this program through our participation in a number of major national projects launched by this program including NEOM and Qiddiya which contributes to the creation of many direct and indirect jobs. - The National Transformation Program; we focus on our social responsibilities through our participation and funding different charities and non-profit organizations and supporting the productive households to Increase their contribution to the economy. We also foster the values of equity & transparency and encourage volunteering activities among our employees and business partners. We support people with disabilities and women’s participation in the labor market by a wide range of jobs, training and development programs to help them reach their full potential. We recognize the value of adopting construction practices that conserve resources, reduce waste and create healthier built environment, thus; reducing all types of pollution is in the heart of everything we do.
